This crochet hook is handcrafted from a locally sourced apple tree that was cut down at an orchard on the Columbia Gorge. This wood has a soft feel with unique grain features and is 8" long (20cm).
The apple wood colors range from light red and brown to deeper reds and browns. The apple tree is a medium to light strength wood, which makes it a little lighter to hold and work with.
